How long does shipping take?
Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days and arrive within 5–10 business days across Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within Australia only. We're working on expanding to New Zealand and beyond.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Just drop us a message and we'll sort it out.
Are your products from Britain?
Every product is sourced and imported from the UK, then shipped to you from our Australian warehouse. We carefully select suppliers who share our love of British wildlife and the natural world.
